Conquent takes a different approach to providing recruiting, staffing, and client services. We believe that our most valuable resource is people. While that may seem to be a basic philosophy for a human resources organization, we strive to make sure that our consultants have the tools they need to be successful, not only with us but on their own. We offer some of our services to individuals who choose not to become our consultants, such as resume and career advisory opportunities. For the consultants who choose to join us, we strive for two core principles: flexibility and security. We encourage our consultants to pursue concurrent projects and we build long-term relationships with select consultants with repeat work . We believe that if we treat our consultants well, they will reward us with hard work and referrals. |
